Malian footballer Ibrahim Kane has signed a new four-year contract with Vorskla, the club has announced. Kane, who returned to Vorskla this winter, expressed his desire to stay at the club, and was rewarded with a long-term deal. The 22-year-old has played 91 games for Vorskla, scoring 11 goals and providing nine assists. After the outbreak of war in Ukraine, he suspended his contract with the club and left for China for seven months. Transfermarkt values Kane at €800,000. Vorskla finished fifth in the UPL standings at the end of the 2022/23 season with 45 points after 30 rounds.
