Journalists in France believe that Malinovsky needs more time to adapt and are hopeful that he will show his true potential next season. The 30-year-old has played 22 games for Marseille, scoring two goals and providing one assist.

The French edition explained the reason for the failure of the midfielder of the national team of Ukraine and Marseille Ruslan Malinovsky in the national championship.

Journalists believe that the Ukrainian midfielder needs more time to adapt and that Malinovsky is not physically ready.

“Let’s start with the fact that he arrived in January. It is not easy to adapt so quickly, especially in a team that is playing well.

Physically, we also realize that he is not ready yet. Especially in a very physical and very aggressive team. Nevertheless, Igor Tudor continued to use it.”

In France, they believe in Ruslan’s potential and understand that the midfielder is affected by the war in Ukraine.

“Malinovsky is a great player, everyone who has watched Serie A in recent years knows this, but the war in Ukraine has affected him a lot. He thinks about it all the time, and part of his family still lives there. Therefore, it is not easy to give 100% to football and even more so to adapt.

However, in Marseille, we do not despair that next year he will show his ability,” wrote in Footmercato.
