Ukrainian football club, Obolon, has begun preparations for the new season after completing the task of reaching the Premier League. The team went on vacation for three weeks after finishing their season in the First League with a match against Karpaty. Obolon has planned a training camp in Kyiv at the club’s training base in Bucha for the initial preparation period of the UPL season 2023/24. The team plans to return home from the camp on June 19. Obolon and Polesie will enter the UPL directly following the results of the 2022/23 season, while LNZ and MFK Metallurg will play a transition match for the right to move up.
Obolon after the end of the season in the First League, having completed the task of reaching the Premier League, went on vacation for three weeks. The capital club was among the first to start preparations for the new season.
Immediately after the final match of the 2022/23 season with Karpaty, the Brewers went on holiday.
