Bookmakers are predicting who will be the new coach of Ukrainian football club Shakhtar Donetsk following the resignation of Igor Jovičević. The club’s president, Rinat Akhmetov, reportedly failed to disclose the news to the Croatian coach, who is said to be already searching for his replacement. The bookmaker FavBet is accepting bets on the new coach, with Patrick van Leeuwen, coach of Dawn, the most likely candidate, with odds of 1.35. Other possible appointments include Arne Slot, Dario Srna, Gennaro Gattuso and Andriy Shevchenko. Jovičević coached Shakhtar to victory in the Premier League last season.
