Marseille’s head coach Igor Tudor has decided to end his collaboration with the French club, leaving Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky without a coach. Tudor has one year left on his contract, but has decided to leave due to feeling restless and tired. The club’s management were content with Tudor’s work, but were unable to convince him to stay. Tudor took over Marseille last summer, leading the team to a third-place finish in Ligue 1 and qualification for the Champions League. Malinovsky joined Marseille in the winter transfer window from Atalanta, playing in 22 matches and scoring two goals during his six months in France.

The club’s management were happy with Tudor’s work, but they failed to convince him to stay for another year. It was noted that the 45-year-old Croat was feeling restless and tired, and this morning during a training session, he announced to the players about his decision to leave.

Another version of Tudor’s departure is his dream of working in Italy, previously his name was linked to Juventus.
