The website FanDay.net found a lawsuit between the owner of Ingulets, Alexander Povoroznyuk, and the founder of Rukh, Grigory Kozlovsky – the latter demanded a denial of words about cigarette smuggling and tax evasion.
At first, Grigory Kozlovsky held a special press conference where he signed the Ukrainian football officials for a revolution to change our football for the better.
Alexander Povoroznyuk responded to this press conference, which criticized Kozlovsky for the lack of specificity in his statements and announced that he would talk about his tax fraud, theft and elimination of competitors.
Povoroznyuk kept his word and talked about the business run by Kozlovsky in several videos. The latter did not like this, and he started legal proceedings with President Ingulets.

Litigation between Kozlovsky and Povoroznyuk
Grigory Kozlovsky on his own behalf, as well as on behalf of the enterprises associated with him – TOV Marvel International Tobacco Group (now there are bankruptcy procedures, Kozlovsky was a director until January of this year) and TOV Vinnikivska Tyutyunova Factory (also a director until January of this year) ), filed ten lawsuits with the Pechersky District Court of Kiev.
In all cases, there are the same four defendants:
- TOV “YUEY-FOOTBALL”;
- Burbas Igor Vladimirovich;
- PE “Orbital Services”;
- Povoroznyuk Alexander Grigorovich.
Case results so far:
- Judge Sokolov in case No. 757/37182/22 returned the claim to Kozlovsky, because there is already a similar claim in this court. But in case No. 757/37196/22, at the request of Kozlovsky’s lawyer, he also returned the claim to the plaintiff.
- Judge Podpaly, considering case No. 757/1254/23 and No. 757/1264/23, returned the claim of LLC “Vinnikivska Tyutyunova Factory” and directly indicated that the plaintiff abused his procedural rights by filing a similar claim against the same defendant.
- Judge Khanatsky, at the request of Kozlovsky, returned the claim in case No. 757/222/23 to him.
- Judge Golovko also, at the request of Kozlovsky, returned the claim in case No. 757/37205/22.
- Judge Vovk accepted case No. 757/1252/23-c from TOV Marvel International Tobacco Group, the claim was also withdrawn by the representative. But he fulfilled the demands of Grigory Kozlovsky in case No. 757/37209/22-c. An appeal has been filed.
- Judge Volkova faced two simultaneous cases from the Kozlovsky firm, which he considered in just one month, which is very fast for the Pechersk court, and met both demands (case No. /23 from TOV “Marvel International Tobacco Group”). Both decisions are also under appeal.
Thus, five suits were filed by Kozlovsky, two by LLC Marvel International Tobacco Group, and three by LLC Vinnykiv Tobacco Factory.
It should be noted that often several of the same claims from one plaintiff are filed to bypass the automatic system for assigning judges. After the system has determined the judge, the plaintiff writes an application so that the judge who is not suitable for him returns the claim to him, and the right judge accordingly considers and makes a definitive decision.
Such behavior of the plaintiff can be a reason for the removal of the judge and the annulment of the decision with the subsequent distribution of the case to another judge at the first instance.
What is the essence of the claim?
Alexander Povoroznyuk, on his YouTube channel and in an interview with journalist Igor Burbas, said a lot about Grigory Kozlovsky and his enterprise. The latter did not agree with the information addressed to him and went to court to appeal against the statement of President Ingulets.

Igor Burbas distributed in his telegram channel his own interview with Alexander Povoroznyuk about Grigory Kozlovsky (it can be found here), his court ordered Povoroznyuk to publish a rebuttal when he wrote it. The same applies to TOV “Yuey-Football” and PP “Orbita Service” – this is the YouTube channel of Oleksandr Povoroznyuk, where a video with the same interview is posted (link) and another video of Povoroznyuk (link).
What was the judge’s decision?
According to a lawsuit from Grigory Kozlovsky:
Judge Vovk found the following information unreliable:
- The tobacco factory, owned by Kozlovsky, was engaged in the manufacture of illegal cigarettes;
- Kozlovsky was involved in the illegal transportation of tobacco products across the customs border;
- Kozlovsky has a business partner in Russia;
- Kozlovsky paid cash to get rid of a competitor;
- Kozlovsky avoided taxes;
- Kozlovsky avoided taxes;
- Tobacco enterprises owned by Kozlovsky do not pay all taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget from their work;
- Kozlovsky allocated the funds of the Ukrainian people.
Povoroznyuk must refute all these theses with a recorded video, which must be published by his YouTube channel, Facebook and Instagram pages, Igor Burbas telegram channel and UEY-FOOTBALL LLC website.
Povoroznyuk is also responsible for compensating Kozlovsky for 30 kopecks of non-monetary damages, as well as expenses for court fees and examinations.
According to claims from Kozlovsky’s company:
In principle, the decision on the claims of Marvel International Tobacco Group LLC and Vinnikivska Tyutyunova Factory LLC is the same, this can be checked even visually – open it in a different tab and compare the text. The only thing different in it is the figure collected from Povoroznyuk.
Judge Volkova recognized the following information as unreliable:
- “Tobacco that has worked for double bass all its life and for which it is built …”;
- “You say that Kozlovsky played a double bass, but do you yourself have proof that he played a double bass?” “Yes, of course, well, factory, well, how …”;
- “I will tell you how much he pays in taxes every month. I will do everything, the facts… How much he pays in taxes every month, and how much he steals”;
- “Two factories in Ukraine are working, everyone knows about it, and he starts ordering, and he works”
- “All taxes must be paid. So pay all your taxes. Why not pay? Why don’t you pay?”;
- “Grisha Kozlovsky with the same factory … and here is the situation for 2021. Grisha from the factory paid 16 billion Hryvnias less”;
- “For 22 years, he did not pay about 20 billion.”
As in the case of Kozlovsky, Povoroznyuk must deny everything and pay compensation for court expenses. But there is an interesting feature in both cases – both companies also recovered their alleged losses from President Ingulets.
The court recovered UAH 2,071,213 as damages from Povoroznyuk in favor of LLC “Marvel International Tobacco Group” and 986 310 hryvnias for “Vynnykivska Tyutyunova Fabrika” LLC, a total of almost three million hryvnias.
Kozlovsky’s enterprise motivated their loss by the fact that they cooperated with Tyutyunova Pivdenna LLC Company, which, almost before filing a lawsuit, terminated the contract with Kozlovsky’s enterprise to supply cigarette packages, because it was afraid of possible negative consequences for itself due to the Povoroznyuk Interview and the fact which he called
Excerpt from the court decision:
“The information covered in such a publication about non-payment of taxes by LLC “Vinnikivska Tyutyunova Fabrika” for a long period in billions of dollars, as well as irresponsible, unfair and open trespassers and bold attitude towards its partners and contractors will have a negative impact , can damage reputation, as well as can affect relations with partners and business partners of Tyutyunova Company Pivdenna LLC.
It should be noted that the Company Tyutyunova Pivdenna LLC appeared in a criminal case where an individual was found guilty of illegal production and storage for the purpose of selling tobacco products, and a search was conducted on the territory of the enterprise itself and the equipment was seized as part of the criminal proceedings.

Also interesting is the fact that in 2021, the Company Tyutyunova Pivdenna LLC was registered in the city of Vinniki in the Lviv region, with which Grigory Kozlovsky is closely related.
It cannot be ruled out that although the Company Tyutyunova Pivdenna LLC refused to cooperate with the Kozlovsky enterprise under an agreement, it did not enter into a new agreement with them.
So what happened at this time?
Povoroznyuk filed an appeal against all three decisions, respectively, so far the court’s decision has not gained legal force.
The consideration of these complaints has not yet begun, but we will report the results of their consideration in future publications.
