Ronaldo believes the Saudi Arabian championship will progress in the near future thanks to the arrival of star players, including Benzema. The French striker’s contract with Al-Ittihad is for two years with an option to extend by one year. Ronaldo was Benzema’s partner at Real Madrid from 2009 to 2018.

Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays in Saudi Arabia for Al-Nasr, has spoken about a possible high-profile move to the club from the Asian country.
“Karim came to Saudi Arabia, but I’m 100% sure many others will go there,” Rodra, a journalist with the Spanish edition of Relevo, quoted Cristiano.
Cristiano admitted that he knew about Benzema’s plans to move to the Arab club.
“I know that Karim will come to Saudi Arabia, and that’s why I said that Saudi Arabia will enter the top 5 leagues in the future,” Relevo quoted Ronaldo as saying.

Ronaldo believes the Saudi Arabian championship will progress in the near future thanks to the arrival of star players.
“I know I’ll open the Arabic ‘little box’ when I go there. In two or three years, it will be one of the most important leagues,” said Ronaldo.
The Portuguese striker also spoke about the fact that he will not end his professional playing career.
“I want to play football for two or three more years,” added Ronaldo.
The French midfielder is close to joining Al Ittihad N‘Golo Kante, whose contract with Chelsea London expires on June 30.
