Girona, the Spanish club where Ukrainian winger Viktor Tsygankov plays, is reportedly interested in signing Artem Dovbik, the top scorer of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) and striker for Dnipro-1. Oleksiy Lundovsky, Dovbik’s agent, confirmed the interest but added that the transfer would depend on Girona’s budget for next season and the extent to which they sell their Argentine top scorer, Castellanos. Dovbik scored 29 goals and provided eight assists in 38 matches in all competitions for Dnipro-1 this season, and his contract with the club runs until December 31, 2023. Transfermarkt values the striker at €11m.

The agent of the Dnipro-1 forward Oleksiy Lundovsky in an exclusive comment to Football Ukraine confirmed the words of the Ukrainian insider and told what will depend on the implementation of this transfer.
“This information is true, but whether Artem’s transfer under Girona’s authority will depend on their budget for next season, in particular, to what extent they sell their Argentine top scorer, Castellanos,” said Lundovsky.
