Dnipro-1 and Ukraine national team striker, Artem Dovbik, has decided to extend his contract with the Ukrainian club, despite interest from several European clubs. Gianluca Di Marzio, a reputable football insider, confirmed the news on Twitter, although he also stated that Italian clubs Torino and Salernitana remain interested in the player. Dovbik’s decision to stay at Dnipro-1, where he has scored 29 goals and provided eight assists in 39 appearances this season, may have been influenced by the club’s second place finish in the Ukrainian Premier League and their qualification for the Champions League next season.

A number of clubs are considering Artem Dovbik as a potential addition to their squad. But according to authoritative football insider Gianluca Di Marzio, the striker decided to stay at Dnipro-1 and extend his contract with the club.

Perhaps Artem’s decision was influenced by the fact that Dnipro-1 finished second in the UPL and qualified for the Champions League for the following season.
