Dnipro-1 and Ukrainian national team striker Artem Dovbik is reportedly being pursued by four clubs in Italy’s Serie A, according to Tuttosport. The clubs interested in the 25-year-old striker are Turin, Salernitana, Bologna, and Udinese. Dnipro-1 is said to be ready to sell Dovbik and hopes to receive at least €13m from the transfer. Torino’s sporting director Davide Vagnati is said to be closely following Dovbik’s performances, and the striker is reportedly the Turin club’s main target in the transfer market. Previously, interest in Dovbik was also reported from Girona, Marseille, and seven other European clubs.

Artem Dovbik officially extended the contract with Dnepr-1 on Tuesday, June 6. The new contract between the striker of the Ukrainian national team and the Dnipro club is valid until June 2025.

Authoritative publication Tuttosport reports interest in the striker from four clubs in Italy’s Serie A:
- Turin;
- from Salernitana;
- Bologna;
- Udinese.
Dnipro-1 is ready to sell Dovbik and plans to receive at least 13 million euros from the transfer.
The source stated that Torino’s sporting director Davide Vagnati never stopped following Dovbik’s performances. The Turin club consider the Ukrainian player their main target in the transfer market. There are two places in the team application for players from countries outside the European Union.

- The 25-year-old Dovbik moved to Dnipro-1 from Denmark’s Midtjylland for 450 thousand euros in August 2020 and played 84 matches for the Dnipro team, scoring 53 goals and making 14 assists.
- Dnipro-1 will equally share with Midtjylland the amount of Dovbik’s transfer, which will exceed 450 thousand euros.
- Artem scored 24 goals and was the UPL’s top scorer last season, but could not match Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s record for the number of goals in one championship (25).
