Dnipro-1 secured second place in the Ukrainian Premier League after defeating Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas 1-0 in the 30th round of the competition. The team, coached by Oleksandr Kucher, won silver in the standings and will represent Ukraine in next season’s Champions League qualifiers. The match was a cautious affair, with both teams looking closely at each other. Dnipro-1 scored the only goal of the match in the 73rd minute, with Blanco hitting the right corner of the goal. Kryvbas finished seventh in the competition with 41 points.

Both teams started this fight cautiously, looking closely at each other. In the middle of the first half, Kryvbas and Dnipro-1 exchanged dangerous moments.
First, Sosa made a run into the Dnipro-1 penalty area from the left wing and shot from under the defense – Valef parried this shot. Not long after, Dovbik moved into an attractive position and shot near the left post.
In the 56th minute, Semotyuk hit hard on the goal of Dnepr-1, the goalkeeper hit the ball in front of him, then Debelko took the sphere and scored a goal, but the referee canceled it for offside.

But in the 73rd minute, the hosts took the ball in their own half and created a three-on-three counterattack. Dovbik passed to the center in Kogut, he passed to the left to Blanco and the Argentine hit the right corner of the goal – 1:0.
Then the team already played the match and did not create dangerous moments. The referee’s final whistle set the victory for Dnipro-1.
