Italian club Salernitana is eyeing Dnipro-1 and Ukrainian national team’s top scorer Artem Dovbik, who has scored 24 goals in the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) this season. Salernitana’s first choice is Dutchman Yoel Piru from Swansea City, but will cost €8m. Everton’s Neil Maupe is also an alternative option, but would be more expensive than Dovbik. Torino is also interested in the 25-year-old striker. Marseille, Galatasaray, and seven other clubs from Europe’s top leagues have also shown interest in the player. Dovbik’s contract with Dnipro-1 is valid until the end of 2021.

Artem Dovbik may move from Dnipro-1 to Salernitana in the summer. The Ukrainian striker is in the Italian club’s area of interest, but Salernitana’s priority target is Dutchman Yoel Piru from English Swansea, who will cost the club eight million euros. This was reported by the publication Il Mattino.

In addition, Salernitana have an alternative option in the form of Everton’s Neil Maupe, but he will cost a lot more than Artem.
Torino are also claiming to move Dovbik, who have been interested in the Ukrainian player for more than a year. The source stated that the cost of the striker is 12 million euros, although Dnipro-1 plans to get at least another three million for the scorer.
We previously reported that Marseille, Galatasaray and seven other clubs from Europe’s top leagues are interested in Artem. The player himself and his agent recently confirmed interest from the French team.
