Ukrainian football players, Sergey Gorbunov and Oleksiy Khoblenko, have left Lviv Carpathians after the end of the First League season. According to “TaToTake,” midfielder Gorbunov and striker Khoblenko have left the “green-white” team. The players were only hired by Carpathians for a short period and were expected to return to their respective clubs. Gorbunov will be attending Dnepr-1’s first training camp while Khoblenko will compete against Roman Debelko and Denis Ustimenko in Kryvbas. Although Khoblenko was Andriy Tlumak’s main team, he scored little, and Gorbunov played only 58 minutes in six months in the Carpathians.

The 28-year-old Gorbunov played just 58 minutes in six months in the Carpathians. The 29-year-old Khoblenko was Andriy Tlumak’s main team, but scored little (seven games, one goal plus one assist).
- Gorbunov’s contract with Dnepr-1 is valid until June 30, 2024. Transfermarkt values Andriy at half a million euros.
- Hoblenko’s contract with Kryvbas expires next summer. Transfermarkt values the striker at 300,000 euros.
- Karpaty finished the 2022/23 season in fifth place in the First League championship group, passing the play-offs for the right to play in the UPL.
