Lviv head coach Rukh Vitaliy Ponomarev has expressed his expectations for the team’s match against Oleksandriya in the 30th round of the UPL. Ponomarev said that the team needs to win to avoid going into the joint and solve serious problems. In case of a draw, the Lviv team should expect the defeat of Chornomorets, or Metalist 1925 or Ingulets will not win. If Rukh loses, then he needs Metalist 1925 or Ingulet to lose his match. Oleksandriya needs to win the match with Rukh to not let Vorskla get ahead of themselves, provided they win against new champions Shakhtar.

Mentor Rukh, in a comment to the press service of the club, assessed the chances of the “yellow black” to take valuable points to avoid transition matches.

“We have a very serious game, because Alexandria wants to get into LK. They want to play modern football from a strong position. We also need a win, which is very important considering where we are in the standings. If Rukh stays in the UPL, the team can solve serious problems,” said Ponomarev.
