Italian football club Lazio has reportedly shown interest in Lviv defender Rukh Bogdan Slyubik. The 19-year-old Ukrainian player caught the attention of the runners-up of the 2022/23 season after a successful match in the UEFA Youth League. Slyubik played his first season at the senior level for Rukh and featured in 18 Ukrainian Premier League matches. The defender also played 16 matches for Rukh U-19 and helped the team advance to the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Youth League. Slyubik’s contract with Rukh will run until June 30, 2024, and is valued at €200,000 by Transfermarkt.

Slubik, together with Rukh U-19, advanced to the 1/8 finals of the European championship, where he clashed with the youth team of Inter (1:1, 4:3 in pen.) and Milan (0:1).
