The new head coach of Belgium Brugge, Ronnie Dale, has expressed his excitement to work with Roman Yaremchuk, the forward of the Ukrainian national team, in the upcoming season. Yaremchuk joined Brugge from Benfica in 2020, but he did not receive enough playing time under the previous coaches. However, Dale has prepared an action plan for Yaremchuk’s progress, according to the Belgian website HLN. Yaremchuk’s contract with Brugge is valid until 2026, but he was recently put up for transfer due to a conflict with the sporting director Vincent Mannart. The Ukrainian striker is currently injured and will not participate in Ukraine’s upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers.

Roman Yaremchuk joined Brugge from Benfica in August last year. The Ukrainian striker did not get enough game practice in the Belgian team under previous mentors – Carl Hofkens, Scott Parker and Rick De Mile.

In May, the Belgian club officially announced the appointment of Norwegian specialist Ronnie Deyla as head coach.

Brugge’s new coach is expecting Yaremchuk next season and has prepared an action plan for him. This was reported by the Belgian website HLN.

Earlier we reported Roman’s conflict with the Belgian club’s sporting director Vincent Mannart, which led to the Ukrainian striker being put up for transfer.

Yaremchuk is injured and will not help the Ukrainian national team in the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against North Macedonia (June 16) and Malta (June 19).
