Veres, the Ukrainian Premier League team, is reportedly considering replacing head coach Yuri Wirth with Ostap Markevich Jr. at the end of the 2022/23 season. The club finished 13th in the UPL standings and will play in transition matches against MFK Metallurg in June. Veres President Ivan Nadein has been in contact with Markevich Jr. for a month, but the parties have not yet agreed on potential cooperation. However, Veres fans are against the arrival of Markevich Jr. due to his association with Vadim Shabliy’s ProStar agency, which has led to a backlash by the club’s supporters.

Veres is considering a change of head coach at the end of the 2022/23 season. The Rivne club could not avoid the play-offs to survive in the UPL after 30 rounds played.
Vatsko, in today’s episode of the author’s project On Air on YouTube, said that Veres President Ivan Nadein has been in contact with Markevich Jr. for a month. At this time, the parties have not agreed on potential cooperation.
