Mircea Lucescu’s future at Dynamo Kyiv is still undecided, according to Ukrainian football journalist Igor Tsyganyk. Lucescu, who is recovering from an operation, watched as his team played a draw with Metalist 1925 in the last round of the Ukrainian Championship. Tsyganyk said that Lucescu wants to stay for next season and that he believes Dynamo will be the last team in Lucescu’s career. Lucescu’s contract with Dynamo is valid until the end of next season, and he will meet with the President of Kiev, Igor Surkis, to make a final decision on further cooperation.

Igor Tsyganyk said that Lucescu’s future at Dynamo is still undecided.
“Lucescu’s fate at Dynamo is still undecided, he wants to stay for next season. Don’t listen to rumors about going to another team.
I think Dinamo will be the last team in Lucescu’s career. He has a year left on his contract.”

The journalist added that the Romanian mentor will meet with the President of Kiev, Igor Surkis, and a final decision will be made on further cooperation with Misetra.
“I know that at the end of the season they should have a meeting with the president of Dynamo and they will decide everything there. They will decide how Lucescu will work this season. That is, it will be a conversation between two people who must make a decision.
Only this will determine how Dynamo will be formed. I give a high probability that Lucescu will stay with Dynamo for next season,” said Tsyganyk on the air of the author’s show on YouTube.
