Zorya, a Ukrainian football club, may face sanctions after including midfielder Dmitry Mishnev in their match against Minai without him being in the team’s application. Mishnev entered the field in the 76th minute of the match, which Zorya won 3-0, but was not listed in the team’s application for the game, according to the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) website. The inclusion of Mishnev could result in Zorya facing a technical defeat, which would impact their chances of qualifying for the Champions League. The UPL is yet to make a decision on the matter.
The inclusion of Zorya midfielder Dmitry Mishnev in the match of the 30th round of the Ukrainian Premier League with Minai (3:0) can come out on the side of the Luhansk club.
Zorya in the match with Minai fought for the opportunity to qualify for the Champions League, but in addition to their victory, they also needed to lose the points of Dnipro-1 in the game with Kryvbas (1: 0). Although this plot has developed in favor of the Luhansk club, then everything can be ruined by the fatal mistake of Zorya’s staff.
In the 76th minute of the match with Minay, Dmitry Mishnev entered the field, replacing Sergei Buletsa. Everything will be fine, but Mishnev is not in Zorya’s application for this fight, which follows from the UPL website.
On the Zorya website, the fact of the exchange was also not displayed in the news about the match.
Now the Lugansk club faces sanctions from the UAF, up to a technical defeat.
It is worth noting that after the publication of this news, Mishnev appeared in the match report on the UPL website, but with a note: “In the 76th minute of the match, No. 9 Dmitry Mishnev entered the field, replacing No. 10 Sergey. Buletsa. Mishnev Dmitry was not included in the referee’s report.
We have analyzed how the position will change if Zara is awarded a technical defeat.
- Mishnev has participated in 29 games this season, scoring three goals and making the same number of assists.
