Dynamo Kyiv has confirmed that 22-year-old defender, Christian Bilovar, will return to the club from the new season following a one-year loan to AEL Limassol in Cyprus. Bilovar announced on social media that his time with AEL Limassol was over, thanking “this great club and the amazing fans.” The Ukrainian player’s loan was not renewed by AEL Limassol, where he played 31 matches this season but did not contribute any goals or assists. Bilovar is a graduate of Dynamo Kyiv’s academy but has yet to play for the first team.

Cyprus AEL did not renew Christian Bilovar’s loan and as a result the player will return to Dynamo. The player himself announced the end of his performance in Cyprus on social networks.
“This chapter has come to an end. I want to express my respect to this great club and the amazing fans. This season was tough, but we fought together like a big family. It is an honor for me to get on the field with each of my teammates and share the emotions with our coaches and staff, as well as with the fans. Great club. A great honor,” Bilovar wrote on Instagram.

Note that Christian has been dating the daughter of Dynamo President Igor Surkis Yana for several years. In February, the girl publicly congratulated the man on his birthday and thanked him “for who he is.”
- This season, Bilovar played 31 matches in the composition of AEL Limassol, but did not differ in effective action in it.
- The 22-year-old defender is a Dynamo graduate, although he has yet to play for the first team. Also in his account are performances as part of Desna and Chernomorets on loan.
