Ukrainian midfielder Yuriy Kopyna has signed a new contract with Alexandria, extending his stay at the club until 2025. The 26-year-old joined the team in the summer of 2021 from Lviv Rukh and has since played a total of 23 matches, scoring one goal. Kopyna has impressed with his performances as a defensive midfielder, playing 14 games for Alexandria in the 2022/23 season. Transfermarkt values the player at €250,000. Alexandria finished fifth in the standings, qualifying for the Conference League qualifiers.
