Ukrainian soccer team Niva Buzovaya has announced that it will part ways with its head coach, Sergei Karpenko, after the team’s recent victory in the Second League championship. Karpenko, who led the team to its first-ever championship in his debut season at the professional level, had previously won all of the amateur trophies with Niva. The team later removed its Instagram post announcing the end of cooperation with Karpenko. After 18 rounds, Niva Buzovaya finished in first place in the league standings with 42 points.

The newly minted Second League champions announced the departure of the mentor, who won all the amateur trophies with Niva, and in his debut season at the pro level led the team to the initial championship.
Niva thanked Karpenko on her Instagram page for two years of fruitful cooperation.

Some time later, Niva Buzovaya deleted the post about the end of cooperation with Karpenko.
