Famous Ukrainian football journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko talks about his conversation with Shakhtar defender Valery Bondar about his possible transfer.
Victor Vacko said that Valeriy Bondar is ready to leave Pitmen only for the best 5 leagues in European football.
“I recently spoke with Bondar. He did not hide that if he left Shakhtar, he would only move to a club from the top 5 European championships.
For example, he is not interested in the conditional Turkish championship. But Bondar also said that the agent told him about interest from France, Germany and Italy, but there was no such thing as having anything specific.”

Vacko also said that, in his opinion, Bondar did not seek to part with Shakhtar.
“On the contrary, I don’t feel that Bondar has the desire to leave Shakhtar so bloody from the nose. On the other hand, he always talks about his respect for the club, and if there is no worthy offer from the top 5 championships, then he is happy to stay at Shakhtar, “said the journalist on the air of the author’s program Vacko LIVE.
This season, 24-year-old Bondar has played 32 games for the Donetsk side in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
The defender’s contract with Pitmen is valid until December 31, 2027. Transfermarkt values the player at five million euros.
